    Ball Actuate Frac Sleeve

    Product Introduction
    The Ball Actuated Frac Sleeve is designed for horizontal well environment. The Frac Sleeve is initially closed, a ball is dropped to the ball seat in the Sleeve, applied pressure acts on the internal piston, moving the piston down to the set position, theFrac Sleeve is opened and provides communication between the tubing and annulus. The reclosable version can be provided if customer desired.

    Features and Benefits：
    ●The external material is optional (P110, L80 or higher grade);
    ●The internal component (ball seat) is made of drillable materials and easy to drill out;
    ●Full bore can be achieved after ball seat drilling out;
    ●Max pressure rating of 15,000PSI[103.4MPa];
    ●Max temperature rating of 400°F;

    ●Wear-resistant ball seat prevents erosion.
