Simple introduce:
Recombination biological paraffin inhibiting and desorbing technology is one kind of new innovation. Get the indigenous microoganism that could produce biosurfactants from target oil well water samples. Through mutation screening, to get the biological paraffin inhibitor or desorber by recombination. This technology utilizes the activity of biosurfactants to degrade saturated hydrocarbons and colloidal asphaltenes in crude oil, reducing the wax content in crude oil, and thereby inhibiting the deposition of paraffin.

Technical Principles




(1)Wax removal effect: The biological paraffin inhibitor can penetrate through the cracks of the wax blocks, weakening the adhesion between the wax blocks and the well wall, causing the wax blocks on the well wall to fall off. Through the action of the surfactant, the wax particles become fine and dispersed, and flow out of the oil well with the produced fluid, thereby playing a wax removal role.
(2)Wax prevention effect: Biosurfactants can be adsorbed on metal surfaces (such as well walls, sucker rods) and moisten the metal surface to make it a polar surface, changing the surface properties of the wellbore and tubing, making it difficult for nonpolar wax crystals to adsorb and sink on the well walls, sucker rods, and metal surfaces, achieving the purpose of wax prevention
(3)Decomposition: Biosurfactants can activate the growth and reproduction of microorganisms in oil reservoirs. During underground fermentation, microorganisms can produce decomposition enzymes, which can decompose heavy hydrocarbons and paraffin components, reduce the deposition of paraffin near the wellbore, and reduce the flow resistance of formation crude oil.

2. Dosing method
Well bore wax prevention: monthly or quarterly. Before dosing, based on the calculated monthly or quarterly consumption, dilute 10 times with clean water and stir evenly, then inject into the oil well casing with a dosing pump.
Pipeline wax prevention: monthly or quarterly. Before dosing, based on the calculated monthly or quarterly consumption, dilute 10 times with clean water and stir evenly, then directly add the drug at the pipeline ball throwing point.
Packaging and specifications:
This product is packaged in wooden barrels with a packaging specification of 25kg/barrel, or according to clients’ requirements.
