Product Introduction
Biological oil displacement and plugging removal agent is a biological oil field plugging removal product that is separated from the produced fluid of oil wells and soil contaminated by crude oil, and screened and optimized using modern biotechnology to obtain high oil displacement efficiency. It is produced on a large scale through fermentation engineering methods, mainly using biosurfactants. It can be used for oil well plug removal and injection well pressure reduction and injection increase. The oil well plug removal operation method does not require the production string to be squeezed from the oil jacket annulus, and then the well is shut down and started for production. The operation mode of reducing pressure and increasing injection in water wells is to use a high-pressure plunger pump to pump the plugging remover into the formation along with the injection or directly inject water from the water distribution room. The biological oil displacement and plugging remover dissolves and emulsifies organic plugging substances such as colloid, asphaltene, and wax near the wellbore, plugging high permeability zones in the formation, and expanding the swept volume of water drive; Oil displacement active substances can change the surface wettability of rocks, reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water, improve the physical properties of crude oil, improve oil washing efficiency, and ultimately improve the comprehensive recovery factor of crude oil.

Usage method:
According to the scheme design: during the construction of water injection wells, the biological oil displacement and plugging removal agent is mixed into a 3% solution, which is directly injected into the formation from the water injection pipeline.
During oil production well construction, the biological plugging removal and oil displacement agent is mixed into a 5% solution, pumped into the formation from the oilfield annulus, and then directly start production after 7 days shut in.
Packaging and specifications:
This product is packaged in wooden barrels with a packaging specification of 25kg/barrel, or according to clients’ requirements.
